Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
This is based off of the principles of cognitive therapy by using techniques such as mindfulness meditation. By doing this technique, a person consciously experiences the moment while paying attention to one’s thoughts and feelings without placing judgements upon them, or getting caught up in what could have been or might occur.
