How often will we meet?
With your therapist you will determine the frequency of sessions, remembering that each case is unique. Therefore, treatment is tailored to your needs.  At  Allied Counseling, we believe forming a connection and gaining momentum in your therapy is very important. To accomplish this, you may meet more often in the beginning of therapy which will continually change in response to your progress and goals.
How long does therapy last?

Many problems can be resolved in a brief period of time. However, there is no magic number to determine how long your process will last, and this will depend onn your progress throughout. During your initial assessment, we will determine if your needs are best met by Allied Counseling. If we’re not able to facilitate your needs fully, your therapist will refer you to another program.
